Applicant agrees to and will comply with, as a condition of acceptance as a member and as a prerequisite to continuing (A) the Constitution of the Council, (B) the Advertising and selling standards of the Council (C) the code of ethics of the Council as the foregoing documents are now written or as such may be hereafter, from time to time, amended, revised, codified, or altered.
Applicant is fully responsible for the activity of all sales personnel, assures that only proper selling practice will be followed and that immediate attention will be given to all complaints involving materials, workmanship, or sales.
Applicant certifies that above statements are true and that applicant is financially capable and qualified to perform all work contracted.
